1. Once you have placed your name on our Reserve List you will automatically be added to The X Factor email list.

2. Once the live show dates are released exclusively here on our web site, we will email this Reserve List immediately giving you the first opportunity to place an online request for the date of your choice.

3. Once you have made an online request please be patient. If we do not contact up to 7 days before the date of your choice then you have not been successful for this current series. With such a popular show it is impossible for us to fulfill everyone's request, but please be assured that we will endevour to allocate tickets in the fairest way possible.
