ApplauseStore Priority Club Terms & Conditions:

1. We do not recommend you join the ApplauseStore® Priority Club if you are only interested in one particular show/series, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request due to various long reserve/waiting lists.

2. All ApplauseStore® Priority Club Members must adhere to all time restrictions, terms & conditions stated on the tickets.

3. Joining the ApplauseStore® Priority Club does not entitle you to any preferred ticket allocation and/or be entitled to ‘escalate up’ any of our reserve/waiting lists.

4. All ApplauseStore® Priority Club member general/priority pass tickets are subject to availability and not guaranteed per show/series.

5. The annual membership fee is £35 and will automatically renew. Membership will extend for the following 12-month term automatically without notice. If you have any questions regarding the auto-renewal process/cancellation, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team via our WhatsApp channel. Cancellation can be made at any time via your PayPal account on your renewal date.

6. ApplauseStore® Priority Club tickets can only be obtained at the time of booking and cannot be issued at a studio or at the time of recording/transmission.

7. All audience members may be subject to studio/venue security checks upon which they may be asked to provide additional proof of photo identity.

8. We may not have ApplauseStore® Priority Club tickets available for certain recordings/ transmissions, but we will endeavour to accommodate you for another date/show.

9. ApplauseStore® Productions Limited, the Broadcaster/Independent Producer and/or Security reserve the right to refuse admission at all times.

10. As a valued member, you are expected to respect our staff, other audience members and guests. We may ask you to leave the premises if your behaviour is inappropriate.

11. ApplauseStore® Productions Limited, the Broadcaster/Independent Producer and/or Security takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property.

12. Entrance is always subject to studio/seating capacity.

13. Personal information regarding members remains strictly confidential and will only be used to provide members with information regarding the ApplauseStore® Priority Club Membership and other related events.

14. ApplauseStore® Priority Club Membership remains the property of ApplauseStore® Productions Limited and any misuse may jeopardise your membership. Memberships are personal to the named member only, and cannot be passed on to anyone else.

15. ApplauseStore® Club Memberships are non-refundable.
