Our Audience Researcher's shall make every effort to:

1) Provide all the relevant information about the shows that we have free audience tickets available for.
2) Despatch your free eTicket/s order (subject to availability) order via email up to four days prior to your chosen show date, or via the post as soon as the tickets are printed and processed.
3) Answer your telephone call within 60 seconds or less. Please note at busy call times, we may refer you to visit our website.
